All the magic begins with the right wood. The choice of raw material is a key moment that determines the quality of the final product. Depending on the project, it can be oak, beech, walnut, ash or other species - each of them has its own unique features, colors and properties. The wood is carefully selected for its structure, density and natural grain, which will give the furniture character. True masters of craftsmanship can see the potential in every piece of wood, knowing that each log tells its own story.

Wood right after cutting contains a large amount of moisture, which can lead to cracks and deformations in the later stages of production. Therefore, an important step before delivery to the workshop is its drying. The wood is dried in special chambers or using traditional methods in the air until it reaches the appropriate moisture content (usually around 8-10%). This is the time when the wood "breathes" and matures, preparing for further processing. Our carpentry shop receives seasoned and dried material from certified, Polish sources.

We create furniture exclusively from solid oak, walnut and ash wood. Below you will find all the colors that we can give to the finished product.

The most popular type of wood. Solid oak is durable, hard and resistant to abrasion. Oak wood is characterized by a clear grain pattern and high susceptibility to staining. A characteristic and desirable feature of oak is gloss, i.e. concentrated core rays that beautifully reflect light, giving a unique visual effect.
The oak wood used to manufacture our furniture is carefully selected, it may have healthy knots, black knots up to 5 mm in diameter and a small amount of superficial cracks and sapwood.
We offer solid oak furniture in two finishes (brushed and polished) and eight colors.

material characteristics

oak colors

bleached oak

The white finish remaining in the pores clearly highlights the grain. This color will look great in Provencal and glamour styles.

raw oak

A delicate, beige shade. Raw oak looks the same as a planed board, despite impregnation.

natural oak

A warm, honey colour that adds cosiness to the interior. The most popular finish will go perfectly with an oiled or varnished oak floor.

medium oak

Medium oak has strongly accentuated grain. It is the perfect shade to warm up the interior.

dark oak

The chocolate brown color will be a perfect contrast in a bright, spacious interior. It also works well in the company of exotic species.

smoked oak

A cool shade with a strongly accentuated grain pattern. It works great on upholstered furniture in the company of intense fabric colors.

graphite oak

Intense black color with visible wood grain. An interesting proposition for people who like non-standard solutions.

chestnut oak

For those looking for original colors. The reddish shade of oak wood will be an interesting complement to an interior in a modern style.

What is the difference between a brushed and polished top?

Brushing involves removing the soft tissue of the wood, giving it a visible and palpable texture.

Both finishes have the same degree of gloss - semi-matt - and are impregnated in the same way.

The advantage of brushing is less susceptibility to minor scratches, less visibility of minor scratches, and better oil absorption.

The disadvantage of brushing is the inconvenient writing on a single sheet of paper (the pen gets into the grooves) and the inability to renovate the top yourself (a brush is needed for this).

Brushed tops look more natural than polished ones, however, due to the more rustic character of the top, they do not match all the furniture models we offer, so we only offer this method of surface finishing on some tables.
